The program you need to download dates back to 2009 and won't do what it says unless you're computer savvy and if you are you don't need it as it's easier to manage files manually (as is the case so-called program without instructions) I asked for information and they directed me to 4 pages of a very confusing manual where another program was published some years ago. don't be fooled like me
