I ordered four sets, installed them and one didn't switch to black and white night mode so the picture on the monitor was almost completely black at night. Revane wanted me to pack and ship all four cameras. Zozi tried very hard to exchange messages, but in the end decided to swap a camera. I'm looking for a replacement and it does the same thing so I installed new jumper wires and they still didn't work. So I switched them from positions where the cameras were working fine and still the two cameras don't switch to black and white, they stay in color mode and at night the image on the monitor is mostly black, I can't see anything decompose. I can't recommend Zosi but I can recommend Lorex, they are a bit more expensive but I've never had a problem with their cameras in the last ten years. Save yourself the long wait and lots of messages back and forth and lots of installs only to uninstall and reinstall a few times only to find out the replacement doesn't work and you end up with three out of five working cameras. I was amazed they sent me a replacement without returning the bad camera but then I got another bad camera! There are several manufacturers, please buy! I've added two photos to show what I'm talking about. Car photography is a Zosi camera that works properly and goes black and white for night vision. The mostly black image is a Zosi camera that doesn't switch to black and white. Instead it stays in color mode and the night vision is terrible. The real problem is that after I gave them the photos they requested in the first place, they keep wanting more photos. Troubleshooters always add these photos first, now they want camera photos at night. It's like they don't want to deal with the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, YOU WILL GET BAD HARDWARE THAT DOESN'T WORK AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A DECENT SOLUTION AND WORKING CAMERAS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Buy a boot from a brand like LOREX, they may cost a little more but they have great hardware and I've never had a single problem with LOREX.
