Review on Dell 27 Inch QHD 165Hz Compatible 2560X1440P Monitor with Tilt Adjustment, Anti-Glare Coating, GG42, HD, LED, IPS, HDMI by William Betancourt

I thought Dell had good quality control for a monitor of this price, but it arrived with three long screen scratches as well as a few dead pixels. After consultation with the seller I was able to return this monitor without any problems. In general, I have no complaints about the monitor itself. The picture quality was very good after tweaking the color settings a bit, and the 165Hz refresh rate was fantastic. The panel I received didn't have much backlight bleeding. There was a slightly noticeable IPS glow in the bottom left corner, but it wasn't worse than other IPS panels I've seen. Fast and efficient Tech Digital customer service. A manager from J-Tech Digital contacted me and offered to refund the restocking fee which was much appreciated and resolved any issues I had with my return. Unfortunately the monitor still arrived in mint condition, although this seems to be a common problem in the monitor market at the moment and is not J-Tech Digital's fault.
