The finish on the locking handles is good although one of my handles has a sharp edge that needs smoothing but I can live with that as the sharp edge is on the lid side of the bag and won't touched. The black finish could be improved, feels very thin and a bit streaky (I think you get what you pay for). I reused the factory seal as others have mentioned, the seals that come with them are simple o-rings. Finally, the supplied bolts/screws don't even come close to the right length, I ended up going to Lowes and buying longer ones. I purchased M4-0.70 x 25 hex bolts/hex head screws from Lowes and they fit perfectly.
