I bought size 11 because I have size 10.5. The length was great. I have a knot on one foot near my big toe. It rubbed too hard. I do not recommend this shoe for people with bones. The fit was good on my foot without a big toe. I have narrow feet (without bursitis) and I've kept them as snug as possible. I was fine with that, but I couldn't sync them exactly. Also, as soon as I could tighten them, the strap dragged across the floor BUT did you know that Chaco has a program you can send them to to trim the straps? Check their website if this is an issue for you. They are lighter than my other Chaco sandals. I wish I could keep her, but she didn't have my bursitis.
