(-) The first two screws I tried broke (broken). Both bolts broke in the same place - where the thread starts. I pre-drilled the holes, no problem. I switched to my own screws and no more problems. The fittings that come with the shelves are of poor quality (+) The overall design is good; easy to install and set up. The quality of the stands is pretty good. I'm curious how the coating will hold up over time. They seem strong enough for most uses. Good for finishing and smaller wood. (-) A design feature surprises me. The top and bottom posts each have two holes for height adjustment. The top rack is only suitable for the highest settings as the mounting screw does not allow the bottom holes to be used. The lowest shelf is only suitable for higher settings. If you try to use a lower setting, the arm of the stand will fall under the mounting bracket. It is very strange that they provided additional settings when two cannot be used. The only explanation I can think of is that they wanted a symmetrical brace with no top or bottom.
