I bought this to replace a mason jar I keep my makeup brushes out of the dust when I don't make up a few days/week -up do but my main reason was to just pack up and go. Judging by the picture I thought they would hold more brushes. They are difficult to close without ruining the brushes, I only have a few and will take some time to close and put the brushes in to keep them in good condition. Annoying to wear a top. But if you're just using it to keep her topless, that's fine. If you use it when traveling I wouldn't take all your brushes with you, just the ones you need because again it takes a long time to close without damaging the brushes. Also, it keeps them dust-free and makes them small so they can be easily packed and transported.
