My aim was to use this machine to remove the dust and potential mites on my mattress as this is the intended season. However, what I received is a dirty used car. The trash can was filled with dirt and white ash. The body of the car, even the plastic cover of the car is covered with smelly ash. It seems to have been used for years. I was too busy to complain and wait for another car. I had to clean the dust container myself and use up the separately ordered filter before using it for the first time. It takes me hours to clean the hose, rotating brush surface and accessible areas. I admit that this machine works well when I've used it and the sound convinced her that it was powerful. But this situation above has left me with unexpected ash hazards. My original goal was to clean the mattress and relieve my allergies, now I could barely use it on my mattress. I am posting this low score review to report an issue I am having. Something is wrong with your logistic system. One of your customers received a used, uncleaned product with stinky ash of unknown danger filling the bin and box. That is not right! Please do something to prevent such a situation. Otherwise your business will be destroyed. I'm not saying your product is bad, but you have to solve the problem of "getting a used dirty product" and I'm not happy now. Not at all!
