Disappointed with the product. This product should help in two ways: vacuuming up particles including dust mites and using UV to kill/sanitize. It fails on both fronts. UV will not work on dark upholstery or darker (darker than light grey) sheets etc as there is a safety switch that will only trigger UV on white sheets (because their sensor will not trigger on dark upholstery or sheets). ).
