I did not expect much when I bought it, although I trusted the reviews. Pleasantly surprised at how stable and reliable it is! I have a Lenovo 15, which is actually a bit large for this stand, but is also very stable when typing at awkward angles. Haven't tried it with my Monster HP Envy yet but I think it will hold up well. I got this stand because I have a back injury and need to be able to lift my laptop when it's stuck in bed on a bad day. I could buy an expensive adjustable table or this cheap stand that sits on a large board/tray. This works great for what I need!
