I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Has some pros:
Nice design, easy to use.
Several batteries are included, the replaceable block is filled with soap.
Using a knife / awl, you can dig a hole in the block and fill it with a syringe with ordinary liquid soap, moreover, diluted. Thanks to this, the use of this device becomes very economical.
Different cons:
It is difficult to call this a disadvantage of the device, but it is not easy to guess with the consistency of the soap being poured.
