Really disgusting packaging

I was very pleased with this lens as I have a 50mm 1.2 from ttartisans. But when I opened the lens box. To my surprise, what appeared to be kitty litter was in the handyman box. I pulled out all the foam to get it out and there was a lot of it. As cat owners, cats have to walk around the factory where they package to get as much litter or dirt into such a package. In addition I usually check my lenses for how much dirt is in them when I receive them because I had a big difference between my lenses, my Tartisan 50mm is almost perfect, practically no dirt when my 50mm f2 from Fuji covered with dust was debris in the elements. Initially, that 17mm in the front wasn't too bad, but when I removed the back cover to check, there was almost a patch of giant cat fur in the center of one of the rear panels. As far as I can tell it hasn't affected the picture quality so far so I guess I'll leave it as it's very difficult to send something back abroad. But overall I just felt disgusting and disappointed with this purchase, I hope my looks are not spoiled by this hair. And fingers crossed the 35mm 1.4 I ordered is in better condition when it gets here.

Pros
  • Big aperture boosts creativity: Traditionally, wide-angle lenses are paired with smaller apertures, it's more like 'you can't eat your cake'. But with a maximum aperture of F1.4, our 17mm wide-angle lens gives you more creative freedom.
Cons
