Smaller than expected

Yes, we can all read dimensions and have a visual idea of how big something is, but when something is advertised with misleading images, that visual representation can be distorted. The male model in the photo cannot be taller than 5'4". The woman in the white sweater would be a child size if she actually carries the bag. It's actually a good bag, so four stars, but it's not big .enough for my needs which made me think these photos were.
