I have been cleaning the body for a while. From time to time you need to change your body brush, so this was the perfect moment for me to review this set of SKARBY brand body brushes. At the time of review, the set was priced at $20.99, which is about $6.99 for a brush. I've found body brushes to help with dry skin in the winter season, rumors that they also help with blood flow (I could believe it) and cellulite (less plausible) would just be a bonus if true. What I can tell you after doing this for about 2 years is that it is addictive. Dry brushing the body is something you would do before a bath - and it's very, very nice - specifically saying they're on the softer end of the spectrum, this set would be really good for beginners or those with sensitive skin. The different brushes are ideal for people who have difficulty reaching their back or calf - the ropes at both ends are held and the brush is easier to move back and forth. I believe they help blood flow at least temporarily, definitely help with dry skin. It *may* help reduce the APPEARANCE of cellulite BY increasing blood flow, but this is only a temporary effect. I like it a lot though, it's a great thing for self care. This set is great value for money, body brush prices vary wildly and 6.99 are on the lower end of the spectrum but they are well made, easy to use and a great addition to your daily routine!
