Review on Dorman 917 200CS Solenoid Lincoln Mercury by Mike Calderon
fits great and works great
bought these for my 07 fx4 5.4 3v, I have valve covers with smaller socket on the VCT solenoid. this also applies to valve covers that have fewer screws. I think 04-06 is 14 screws and 07-08 is 8 screws. other species are elongated and staggered.
