Let me begin by saying that I've been dealing with Plantar fasciitis for nearly 2 years now. Initially I wasn't sure what it was, but a few months ago I saw a foot and ankle specialist who basically informed me that my feet, ankle and knee issues were a result of having PF. PF left untreated can basically cause you all sorts of problems from your feet, to your ankles, calves, knees and even your lower back. Basically PF screws with your body's natural alignment and when your alignment is off everything aches. I was told that inorder to get in front of PF I'd need a good set of arch supports for my shoes and that If i wore flip flops to make sure they are structured for PF sufferers like myself. I purchased these maybe a week and half ago I can honestly say that they've been a game changer. They have great support and are super comfortable! I wish I would've found these sooner.
