Works great, I'm allergic to latex so finding silicone was a big problem then I just hoped they would work. Well they do! They are very easy to use and don't require much hand strength to apply pressure and get the expected results. This goes a long way in reducing muscle soreness. Warning they bruise like all cans don't lose a star as that's to be expected from products like this.
