It's so easy to use in an instant pot. Perfectly shaped poached eggs. Simply spray the cups with cooking spray, add 1 cup of water to a saucepan, place in a metal bowl, crack an egg into 1-4 cups, and place the cups in the saucepan. Cook on high pressure for 4-5 minutes (I like 5 minutes in mine - they come out a little runny but not soupy, you may need to try this a few times to get it right). Immediately release the pressure and remove the egg on a paper towel. Voila, perfect poached eggs. Haven't tried this on the stove, but I think you boil half an inch of water, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it boil for 5 minutes. Try it!
