It is very easy for me as an admin user to create new request forms and assign them all at once without having to go through each individual form separately, which makes it easier than ever! The ease of use means that there are no complaints about any aspect of this software so far - everything has worked perfectly since we started using it over 3 years ago. We have never had issues with sending out our customer survey emails (as opposed to getting replies) and have always received responses in good time if not within 24 hours as promised.
