Review on 📞 Ooma Office Provisioned Yealink Sip T21P - Feature-rich Business IP Desk Phone for Small Businesses with Virtual Receptionist and Ring Group Integration by Bobby Inappropriate

I love the phone, I hate Omu. I joined the Ooma store with a 30-day trial. They charged my card on day 4 and didn't respond to chats or emails for over 10 days. When I got an email reply they said the promotion was only valid for 7 days (I disagree) so I asked why I was only billed for 4 days but there was no reply. Charged again, they charged the amount of business service that I agreed to and next day I was charged again about $10. After waiting a long time for an answer, I was told again that the $10 was taxes and fees for my services. If this were the case, would taxes be charged at a rate of 30%? I do not think so. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Now I am stuck with two phones that I have nowhere else to use as they have been prepared for Ooma. Don't waste money!
