Unfortunately I received a non-working unit from Ooma sales. Ooma was willing to switch but they cannot ship overseas and I am currently traveling overseas. Revain had the same device as Ooma and was able to ship it to me overseas within 4 days and it works great! Many Thanks.

This phone does not work. Bought on the final tip. Got a new cable, new modem and it still doesn't work. Spent countless hours on the phone with the cable company to no avail. Unfortunately I've spent a lot of time troubleshooting and the return window is already "closed". I believe this should be extended as during the outage it took more time to fix bugs, get items and talk to people on the phone.

I ordered this phone from Ooma because the title and description of this phone says it is an Ooma phone. It is not!. I hooked it up to my ooma as soon as ooma was up and running and it wasn't making or taking calls. So I called ooma tech support which is horrible btw and after spending an hour troubleshooting they asked me the model number of the phone and said it was not a supported phone. Do not buy this phone if you intend to use it with Ooma. False advertising!

I love the phone, I hate Omu. I joined the Ooma store with a 30-day trial. They charged my card on day 4 and didn't respond to chats or emails for over 10 days. When I got an email reply they said the promotion was only valid for 7 days (I disagree) so I asked why I was only billed for 4 days but there was no reply. Charged again, they charged the amount of business service that I agreed to and next day I was charged again about $10. After waiting a long time for an answer, I was told again…
