I ordered this product to use the pillow insert that came with it, but surprisingly the pillowcase turned out to be better than the pillow itself. It arrived vacuum packed and as soon as I removed the plastic wrapping, it came to life and inflated to its normal size. The case is of good quality, with soft edges and doesn't look cheap. Unfortunately, the pillow feels cheap, lumpy, and hard on the inside. It's true in size, but that's all. The clumping isn't that noticeable from the front, so if you're just using it as a decorative item it shouldn't be a problem. But if you plan to use it comfortably on your couch, you won't like it. Of course, you can always buy this pillow just for the suitcase (which I really like), but be aware that you may need your own pillow insert depending on what you're using it for.
