Easy to use interface that allows you easy access of all your information at one place without having several different systems installed! It's very user friendly for anyone who is familiar or has used any other software like this in their previous job/career etc., The support team are fantastic whenever I have had an issue they always respond straight away which means less time spent waiting around wondering if someone will get back too me - great customer service from every member within ex curcation. Nothing really but would be good maybe some more customization options when looking into managing multiple hotels? Could do better by providing additional functionality beyond just simple guest bookings / reservations only (if thats what it was designed specifically). We manage over 100 properties across 4 continents so we needed something where everything could easily accessed via our mobile devices allowing us easier workflows whilst working overseas especially during busy periods e..g Christmas season With Excurcion you can manage all your hotels in one place. The interface is very user friendly, so it makes working easier. You can manage everything from reservations to billing. I don't have any dislikes about this software. It's really easy to use. You can manage all aspects of your business from here. This software helps me save time and money by not having to go to different places to make changes.
