So Necessary! - my new review

I outside cover comes unzipped for easy washing which is a great feature. It came with a carrying case for easy transportation. I typically get horrible knots in my shoulders and neck and I get a massage once a month, but this is a great thing to have in between appointments.

Adjustable intensity - This shiatsu neck massager with heat and shiatsu back massager pad has 3 speed strength levels, which allow you to get the right and appropriate amount of pressure on your muscles.

Cons

Might not be as effective without the heat function
