I do my own car maintenance but I've never bled my brakes; it always seemed intimidating. No longer. The instructions provided will tell you how to check the system for leaks before filling the bleed valve with liquid. To do this, pressurize the system with no liquid in the bleed valve, and if there are no leaks or pressure drops in the bleed valve, you can begin the flushing/priming process. You depressurize the system, top up the bleeder with brake fluid, repressurize the bleeder, and begin the bleeding procedure. With this product I was able to flush and fill the brake system myself in about 30-45 minutes. Very easy. The inlet hose from the tank has a brass fitting with an internal thread at the end. The tank cap has a male threaded brass fitting at the end of the hose. Because of this, for any other vehicle you have, you can just buy the tank end for that model and use the same fill tank. Highly recommend this product if you do this kind of work yourself.
