If you're picky about your phones, this is an affordable solution. I dropped my phone twice and a screen got stuck between the back door of the truck. Every time they cracked or went mad but my phone screen stayed intact. Witkin charges around $7.50 for a shield and you get 2 - one to use and 1 as a backup. When I received my original iPhone 7 plus, ATT persuaded me to buy the brand with a lifetime guarantee. It cost me over $40 but broke just as quickly as the Witkeen with the same use. And the screen sensitivity and clarity were on par. The guarantee is great. To get a replacement, report it defective and they will send you a replacement and a prepaid envelope to send the defective one back. I prefer to keep a spare on hand and just throw away the broken one. At $7.50 a shield, I'm not that upset about breaking it. For Witkin, it may cost me more in the long run, but the convenience factor and unprotected protection are far more important to me.
