Review on 2-Inch Steel Square GAU 188 02: A Sturdy and Trustworthy Choice by Bill Snyder

Pros: Inexpensive, solid construction Cons: Not quite square on the outside. Designed for quick squareness checks of small wood products. The inner square was correct, but the outer edge came out of the square after moving the blade 1 inch up 0.01 inch (about 2-3 sheets of 20# printer paper). Was very disappointed that my square wasn't square. Originally asked for a refund but after further reflection only used a few known good squares and a reliable file to level the outside corner. TLDR: Good value, but you may need to spend a few minutes tweaking it to your liking.
