I like the user interface and I love the integration with Zapier. The support is great and the team is very reactive. I don't like the way the app's metrics are displayed in the dashboard, it is very difficult to figure out which metrics are the most important ones. I would also like to see more reports, for example, I'd like to have a report with a list of the top 10 most used integrations on my account. Some integrations are very basic, and it's hard to find more complex ones. I would like to have more metrics reports, specifically those related to usage of the app. I'd like to have an easy to read report with top 10 integrations used by my customers. I need to find a way to see how much time my customers spend on the app. I found this metric very hard to.
