Salesforce is a perfect platform for building customized email templates.

The app is very user friendly for our team as it's built in such way where we can easily set up new flows without having any technical knowledge about this platform. It also helps us build custom workflows which are not available out there when compared to other similar products from various companies like Salesforce etc. I would say nothing much because everything seems perfect at first sight but if you want more features then go ahead otherwise stick with what they have provided. Intricate tool that brings together many tools

I like the user interface and I love the integration with Zapier. The support is great and the team is very reactive. I don't like the way the app's metrics are displayed in the dashboard, it is very difficult to figure out which metrics are the most important ones. I would also like to see more reports, for example, I'd like to have a report with a list of the top 10 most used integrations on my account. Some integrations are very basic, and it's hard to find more complex ones. I would like to
