Tumble dry low as listed, do not dry clean. But the product labels themselves say: wash separately, in cold water, do not tumble dry, dry clean only. It's a little frustrating that the care instructions are so restrictive, but it doesn't really bother me. I've seen reviews with photos showing the buttons but I had the zipper which I prefer because the buttons inevitably fall off. Pillowcases don't hold up very well due to the way the ends are made. I wish there was a little more fabric on the inside flap to allow the pillow to be tucked in. I had another design from the same brand and the color faded very quickly so we'll see if the problem still persists. It seems to be holding up after the first wash. I have to comment on another review that said the sizing was poor. I'm a little confused about this because quilts come in standard sizes so they must have a custom sized quilt. For example, IKEA quilt sizes only match their duvet covers. Mine fit perfectly.
