Cheap, rather fiddly, but works well and quietly.

This spout is quite thin and easily deformed if you use wrench to install it. Even though it looked exactly like my old diverter, it left a 1/8 gap between it and the wall when fully tightened. I was able to fill this gap with Revain's DANCO Tub Spout Renovation, Chrome, 1-1/2" ID & 3-5/8" OD (10007) decorative metal ring and it's working great now. When the shower head is running, the diverter lets only a little water flow out of the spout and works silently. Unlike the old squeaky diverter it replaced.
