I'm a size 9, I got a 9 and initially felt like it was too small because my heel was hitting the back lining. But what's funny was it wasn't. There's just some sort of raised part in the back that makes you feel like it's too small or something because i got the 10 to try and it was way too big. looking at the 9 on me again, it looked just right, it just felt weirdly like my foot was hitting the back (when it wasn't). So I'm gonna say they're true to size. I also have chronically cold feet and these solve that immediately.
