The only downside to Epson PictureMate Deluxe Printer/Viewer is that the picture quality is not comparable to what I had before. Images aren't very clear and it's difficult to get a good perspective on the image, especially when the desired image is brought into close-up mode. The quality of the printed image is very good. The reason I replaced my old PictureMate is because I couldn't get the heads clear and therefore had mostly blue images. Also, I just bought two packs of Epson paint that I didn't want to throw away. I printed several hundred pictures with my old printer and was very happy with the Epson product.
