I give this device 4 stars because it has caller ID, but even with caller ID features enabled through my ISP, the phone does not show any incoming calls. I've been using it regularly for 2 weeks now. After reading all the other reviews I'm waiting for the headset to break. The headset feels fragile, so I take extra precautions when using it. I put it right on my head and when I'm done I put it in the mount - which is nice. The sad little piece of plastic looks like it's about to break if you just put it on the table. The call is terribly loud. Even at low levels, it's still loud. The noise cancellation works, but I wouldn't test it against a siren across the street or anything. I work in an old old house, there is practically no insulation. I can hear birds flying in the bushes, the walls are so thin and the noise canceling suppresses the barking of my neighbors' dogs and even my own dogs who live on the other side of the house. I have a beagle and a husky. They are loud, especially when the sirens, the sirens mentioned above, are wailing, which is often the case. I plan to buy the exact same product as a backup. It's so accessible and works like a charm - without the caller ID feature. The buttons are easy to see and press. The headset is designed for one ear only, but the microphone can rotate in circles, so you can switch ears - not that you have to rotate in circles. As said, be careful and treat with care. The head end is NOT adjustable, but the ear piece is sort of adjustable - not sure if it's supposed to be or not, but it makes a huge difference in comfort. This is a soft earbud and the small rectangular piece of plastic on the opposite side is also padded. I wish it had a higher volume control, but I'll probably only buy a headset with this one. Everything you need to operate this device is in the box. ***NOTE***This item will not ship via Revain UPS. I subscribed to AMAZON Prime to get it in 2 days and it took 4! This is because the seller sent it via USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS is terrible. They will lie to Revain and say they delivered it on time when in fact they delivered it 2 days late. If you need this item within 24-48 hours, please note that you may not receive it on time.
