Review on Reader Single Designer Reading Glasses by Cheryl Bailey

In my first review I gave them 5 stars. I loved these readers until they broke my back. I downgraded my rating to 2 stars. I then contacted the manufacturer and they informed me that they had problems with the XXL neck straps and offered to either repair them or send me a new neck strap free of charge. I have to say that this is excellent customer service and for that I give them 4 stars. Can't give them 5 stars because the lenses broke but they fit and fixed everything.
