Easy installation, and a pretty wide range of adjustment. I also liked that a polishing cloth was included with it. My only concern is that the entire assembly other than the mirror itself and the adjusting bolts seems to be made of a relatively lightweight plastic. On the one hand, this is a good thing - keeping weight low is key to successful cycling - but on the other hand, I fear that an inadvertent bump or impact would easily break it. So, if you are like me and plan on sticking to the pavement for the most part, it should be fine. If I were a trail rider, I'd likely look for something a bit more sturdy.
