Review on CMS MAGNETICS Gauge Enameled Magnet by Elvis Kimbro

The wire is excellent for making electromagnets. I had a problem with the workmanship and quality of the product. Upon arrival, one side of the roll was torn and torn off. During unwinding, the spool becomes tangled in itself and is unsuitable for continuous unwinding. I will have to order another roll to avoid the headache of sorting everything. Broken spool, shame on 'em, unwind the broken spool anyway, shame on me. Edit: I just received a new spool of wire (see new photo). Once again the coil broke about 60% around the ID just waiting to pop out. I'm not sure anymore if this is related to handling as the wire is wrapped very tightly around the spool. Maybe it was just twisted too aggressively. I will try to use it anyway, but please keep this issue in mind when ordering this product.
