Good thickness. Gave structure to my bag. Only 3 stars because the "internal pockets" aren't actually pockets, but velcro with dividers with a gap at the bottom. So I had a great experience that messed up all my shit. That's why I bought it, so that doesn't happen. If they fix that problem that would be great, but I don't think it's worth $21 for 4 skinny pockets on the outside and thin dividers on the inside.
