Excellent product! I use it to connect a Vega graphics card to a Samsung 1080p 120hz TV. Do not take a 120Hz signal from a PC as they do not have HDMI 2.0 ports. This is clearly a shame as the panel has a native frequency of 120Hz. Apparently Samsung made the mistake of not using at least one HDMI 2.0, but they're not common on 1080p TVs after all. The reason I use this adapter instead of Vegas' own HDMI output is because I have a 4K monitor as the main display on another. DP output. The thing is that there are some oddities when using DP on a 4K monitor and HDMI on a 1080p TV. They are excluded if only DP outputs are used. It's just that the OS and software stack sees that only DP is being used, the adapter has to do that and convert that signal to the HDMI protocol for display on a TV. Highly recommended.
