When I first received the tracker it worked very well for 3 days and then gradually over the next 2 days the battery died. No matter what I did, the tracker wouldn't take a charge. I went to their website where they promised an immediate response. Within 30 seconds I was put through to their customer service representative (Tina) who was very helpful. She asked a few questions to make sure the tracker was charging properly, then made sure it was defective. She said I would receive a new tracker in 4-7 days; After 3 days the new tracker came and worked great. That's outstanding customer service from a company that stands behind their product!
