Review on 18650 Battery Charger XTAR VC4S by Josue Wallsmith

The NiMh battery charger should stop charging when the batteries are fully charged. However, the charger I received usually stopped charging before the batteries were fully charged. I know this because I have a very short battery life after charging with this charger. At first I suspected that my batteries were bad, but later realized that some of them were still being charged with a significant amount of current (mAh) when I recharged those batteries right after charging the charger. This resulted in the batteries not fully charging the first time. While all the fancy displays looked gorgeous, they just couldn't get the simplest things right. Unfortunately, the return period had already expired when I discovered this fatal error.
