I would give this product one star but the support from Boss is excellent. After two months of use, one of the chair's wheels spontaneously broke. The boss kindly replaced it for free by sending me a whole set of rolls. But now I have more roles than I'll ever need because shortly after that everything else started falling apart. The screw that secures the back of the chair to the floor is easily removed, so in no time you have a chair with a flexible back and then no back at all. In addition, the cushion wore out within a year of use. Now he throws pieces of foam and wood in my room. The stool is only a year old but looks like it has been in use for a lifetime. Save yourself the hassle and buy another chair.
