Incredible helpful so that you don't walk "on your toe nails" what a relief. Interesting fact: slowly but surely those toes that have been ridgid for decades suddenly become more flexible.I wear these in sandals, tennis and dress shoes. It makes such a difference even in the gait. I wear them all day long.Because there is only one toe ring to stabilize the item, it is a little tricky to put socks or shoes on without dislodging the support. Hence only 4 stars. Otherwise definitely 5.
