The purple color is lighter than advertised but still beautiful.
Less dark than deep purple with hints of indigo as advertised. See photos of actual color in my review. Still a nice purple but the hue is disappointing. The skin is soft and fairly elastic. The zippers are gold enough to go well with the chain. The chain had a few kinks which is normal for a rope chain design. Fixed with little effort. I would buy it again but I'm really looking for that purple/indigo color and will keep looking. Well done for only $18.
