I really like that you can send texts to customers as well as emails within the app. That's what makes it so great! It helps us keep a lot of our contact information centralized rather than having multiple programs scattered throughout my computer or smartphone for different clients/customers. And it also allows me to share notes about each customer right from their profile page which saves time. Sometimes there are bugs but they usually get fixed pretty quickly. They have several plans depending on how much business you want to run through them. We use it mainly because we don't always feel comfortable sending text message replies via email sometimes and not being able to see responses until after we receive them later (e.g., when replying back). This solves both problems!
