Great Customer Service & Tech Support Staff

The customer service has been friendly and fast to take care of any problems that we have had. Also the technical support staff is also fast to respond and help. The ability to easily create multiple groups of customers and then communicate with each of them is fantastic. I have never had any problems with ApexDen. I can send text message to all of the customers quickly and easily. Also, it keeps a running calendar of the calls and appointments we have had. The ease to use app for scheduling…

Great tool if your looking into connecting with more potential & existing clientele

I really like that you can send texts to customers as well as emails within the app. That's what makes it so great! It helps us keep a lot of our contact information centralized rather than having multiple programs scattered throughout my computer or smartphone for different clients/customers. And it also allows me to share notes about each customer right from their profile page which saves time. Sometimes there are bugs but they usually get fixed pretty quickly. They have several plans…
