Ok maybe I'm doing something wrong but overall this remote is awesome! I have a problem with the volume control. I set it up to use the "Master Volume” feature, where no matter which device I select, the volume control only affects the volume control on my Denon receiver. This is great, except for the fact that it needs to be pressed repeatedly (not always) to make anything more than minor changes. That means if I press and hold the volume up or down button, nothing happens. I read in the manual that after 8 seconds of continuously pressing any button, there is a security feature that disables the remote. This is good if you're stuck on the couch (for example) and one of the buttons is constantly being pressed. I understand that this can easily drain your batteries. But when I want to turn the volume up or down, I expect to be able to hold down the volume up or down button until the volume is where I want it. Repeatedly pressing the volume up or down button is a little tiring. But other than that it's just fantastic! And it looks great too!
