Bought as a backup heat press. We never managed to get the press up to temperature. We'd have to rotate it about 20 degrees to get what we want. But when checking the temperature with infrared readers, the temperature was still inconsistent from side to side. The company had a wonderful returns policy and I had no issues with returns. They were happy and quick to send a replacement but unfortunately the replacement had the same issues. You need to screw the press yourself. It comes with a handle to hold onto when opening, but it's still very difficult to open even with a light squeeze. I would recommend if you are looking for a good heat press, to choose a well-known brand. As I just found out
