I have ordered the Strongback Elite 2.0 chair twice now. Both times I was sent the Strongback low beach chair, in two different colors. Best Buy customer service said they can’t guarantee I’ll get the correct chair if I order a 3rd time. There’s no way to find out if the inventory system needs to be corrected. Ordering from the Strongback website diirectly does not offer returns unless it’s defective. Maybe Strongback will respond and send me the correct chair.
