In general, the goods came in good condition, clear instructions with templates. The mounts are hard plastic, but the screws and hangars are rubbish. I ended up using my own. I rated it so badly because the retractor on the gate is absolute rubbish. I should have tested it before assembly but found that it came in good packaging and was not damaged. After installing it (which was relatively easy) and hanging it up, I wanted to pull the screen out and it wouldn't budge. It was unlocked and should have let me pull it out. I had to pull hard on him to get him out. Then when I put it back in, let's just say it almost didn't work. I had to pull it out gently but firmly but hastily to make it come out a little and then be pulled back in. I emailed the seller as his card advised me to do so. I have given them over 12 hours to reply but they are not getting through. At the moment I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product and the seller has not responded. delivery problem. I am returning this item and will find a similar item from another seller. Please folks, don't make this your general store. Take a look around as there are other comparable products at a better price.
